§1 General Provisions
These Terms & Conditions define the rules for using the Urban Knowledge website available at https://urbanknowledgepro.com.
The owner of the website is Krzysztof Urban, conducting unregistered business activity in accordance with Article 5 of the Act of 6 March 2018 – Entrepreneurs’ Law, residing in Lublin (Poland), hereinafter referred to as the “Seller”.
The website enables the purchase of digital products of an educational nature, in particular e-books, audiobooks, and online courses.
The website also allows voluntary subscription to the newsletter.
The purchase of a product constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
§2 Nature of Products

§4 Refunds and Withdrawal from the Contract
The products offered on the website constitute digital content delivered immediately after payment is made.
The Buyer agrees to the performance of the contract before the expiration of 14 days from the conclusion of the contract and acknowledges that upon gaining access to the product, they lose the right to withdraw from the contract in accordance with Article 38 point 13 of the Act of 30 May 2014 on consumer rights.
At the same time, the Seller voluntarily provides a 24-hour satisfaction guarantee.
In the event of dissatisfaction with the purchase, the Buyer may, within 24 hours from the moment of purchase, submit a refund request via email to: kontakt@urbanknowledgepro.com, indicating the reason for withdrawal.
The refund is voluntary and based on the principle of honesty and good cooperation between the parties.
After 24 hours from the moment of purchase, refunds are not provided.
§5 Newsletter
Subscription to the newsletter is entirely voluntary and is not a condition for making a purchase.
Providing an email address and checking the appropriate consent box constitutes consent to receive educational and commercial information regarding Urban Knowledge products and services electronically.
Subscription to the newsletter is carried out using the double opt-in model, which means that confirmation of the email address is required by clicking the activation link sent to the provided email address.
The User may withdraw consent at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link included in every email message or by contacting the Seller.
Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before its withdrawal.
§6 Liability
The materials available on the website are educational and informational in nature.
The Seller is not responsible for financial or business decisions made based on the provided materials.
